How to reach the village

From M1 north
• Exit at Junction 9 onto the A5183 and follow the signs towards St Albans
• At the roundabout junction with the A4147 turn right towards Hemel Hempstead
• The first left turn is St Michaels Street
• From M1 south
  
• Exit at Junction 6 onto the A405 following the signs towards St Albans (then see below)
• From the M25
• Exit at Junction 21A onto the A405 following the signs towards St Albans (then see below)

1. From the A405 turn left onto the A5183 (immediately past the M10 junction)

2. At the double roundabout at the top of the hill turn left and immediately right into King Harry Lane

3. At the next T junction (with roundabout)  turn right onto Bluehouse Hill

4. At the next roundabout turn right towards the city centre

5. The first turning on the right is Branch Road and leads into St Michaels Street
